We offer Free Standard Shipping for Canadian orders over $300 CAD (before taxes)

Orders under $300 CAD are subject to shipping fees:

• $10 CAD Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)
• $15 CAD Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days)
• $25 CAD Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

All shipping times are approximate.

We do not offer price matching at this time.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund (0-29% off)
  If you purchase an item at a 0-29% discount, you're eligible for a full refund.
• Store Credit (30-50% off)
  Items purchased at a 30-50% discount may be returned for a gift certificate to use on our website.
• Final Sale (51% off or more)
  All items discounted 51% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return Request Window
  You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order if shipped.
• Return Shipment
  Once you receive your Return Authorization (RA), please ship or drop off your return package within 3 business days.
• Pickup Orders
  For In-store Pickup orders, you must request your return within 10 days of your orders becoming available for pickup.
