Shipping Policy
How is my order processed?
1. Order - You place your order with TNTfashion.ca
2. Confirmation - You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received at the email address that you provided in your order information.
3. Potential touchpoint - If there is any additional information we must relay to you for your order, we will reach out within the 1-3 day fulfillment period. There may be delays during periods of high volume.
4. Shipping Confirmation - You will receive a fulfillment confirmation when your order has shipped.
5. Delivery - Depending on your selected shipping speed, our selected shipping carrier will deliver your order within the estimated shipping window.

Important Details
You are currently on our Canadian-based site. All shipping costs are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
TNT attempts to process all orders within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. This processing period is not included within our shipping speed estimates. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding local statutory holidays).
To avoid any friction regarding receiving your order, TNT recommends shipping your order to a work address or an address where someone is physically present to receive the shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split into multiple shipments if required.
If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details or sizing, please contact us immediately at online@tntfashion.ca to ensure adjustments can be applied prior to your order shipping out.
HOLIDAY NOTICE
Due to a higher than normal volume of orders during the Holiday Season and the ongoing Canada Post negotiations, there may be delays in order processing time. Any delays once the order has been shipped are outside of the TNT team's control. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays.
As the Holiday Season is a busy time, there may be delays in dispatching your order due to order volumes, and delays with our shipping partners.
Due to these delays, we suggest placing your Holiday orders before December 8th, 2024 to receive them before the holidays. Please note this is not a guarantee of order delivery date.
Shipping Providers
TNT utilizes a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and other factors. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, UPS, Canada Post, Flashbox, or other third-party shipping services. By placing an order with TNT, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be shipped via any carrier at our discretion. If you have a personal preference for carrier, please reach out to online@tntfashion.ca prior to receiving your shipping notification.
Shipping and Liability
- Assumption of Delivery: Once our tracking system indicates that your package has been delivered to the address provided, TNT considers the order fulfilled and delivered to the correct receiver and address.
- Limitation of Liability: TNT is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after we have delivered the order to its respective carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, loss, or damage occurring before or after delivery.
- Unattended Deliveries: If the package is left unattended at the delivery location (e.g., doorstep, porch, mailbox), TNT is not responsible for any subsequent loss or theft.
- Incorrect Address: If the client provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is delivered as per the address provided, TNT is not liable for misdelivery. While we do our best to confirm addresses, please be sure to include the correct address with your purchase.
Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or you receive a delivery status update but the package has not arrived, please contact online@tntfashion.ca so we can assist you. We will make reasonable efforts to help locate the package or file a claim with the carrier when possible. TNT is not liable for loss or theft after delivery or packages delivered to the wrong address.
Return-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned to our warehouse as a return-to-sender package due to incorrect address information, inability to deliver, or refusal of the package, any additional shipping fees to redeliver the package are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Delays
Kindly note that delays to deliveries may occur due to circumstances outside TNT’s control (such as weather, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen events).
Pre-order products are subject to the delivery dates indicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

All shipments are under terms of EX WORKS - any duty, brokerage or taxes owing shall be payable at the time of delivery by the customer.
TNT is not responsible for any duty, brokerage fees or taxes incurred.
Should a delivery be refused by the recipient or otherwise returned to TNT's Warehouse due to inability to be delivered, TNT reserves the right to deduct any subsequent fees incurred by the return-to-sender process (including but not limited to shipping, duties, brokerage, and clearance) from the order's refund total, or otherwise invoiced upon redelivery.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split into multiple shipments if required. Orders will be shipped by UPS.
