How do I process a return?

Please be sure to review our full Return Policy before initiating a return

1. Contact us - Contact us at online@tntthenewtrend.com after reviewing our full return policy.

2. Review - We will review the order's return eligibility and give you a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as further instructions to complete the return.

3. Deliver - Deliver your return item by mail or in store, following the instructions provided to you by our team. If sent by mail, please provide your tracking number to online@tntthenewtrend.com

4. Quality Review - We will confirm the status of the items and your return, and process the refund as necessary. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet quality standards. You will be notified by email when your return is processed.

5. Refund - We will refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs and duties) to your method of purchase, or a gift card, depending on your return eligibility within 5 business days of receipt. Depending on your payment provider- this may take up to 10 business days for the return of funds. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.

3. Invoice - If the item is eligible for return, we will then send an invoice for our standard Return fee of $30 CAD, as well as fees that will include but are not limited to the cost associated with freight from the buyer's address to our warehouse. This fee is non-negotiable, and not refundable. If refused, the return cannot be authorized.

4. Deliver - Upon payment of the sent invoice, we will provide the buyer with a shipping label to deliver the item to our warehouse and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number on or inside the package being sent.

5. Quality Review - We will confirm the status of the items and your return, and process the refund as necessary. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet quality standards. You will be notified by email when your return is processed.

6. Refund - We will refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs and duties) to your method of purchase, or a gift card, depending on your return eligibility within 5 business days of receipt. Depending on your payment provider- this may take up to 10 business days for the return of funds. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 10 days from the date of receiving your shipment or notification that your Pick-up Order is ready for pickup.
  • For any product 0-29% Off, receive a Full Refund for your item(s). 
  • For any product 30%-49% Off, receive a Credit in the form of a Gift Certificate that can be used any time on the website.
  • For any product 50% Off or Higher, the product is Final Sale.

Swimwear and Lingerie
All swimwear and lingerie are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons. 

Shoes
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with the original shoebox and packaging. Please note, this packaging must be in original condition and not marked, broken down, or otherwise altered after receipt.

Jewellery/Fragrance
All jewellery and fragrance purchases are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

Important details

TNT DOES NOT PRICE MATCH OR PRICE ADJUST ON REDUCTIONS TO THE SELLING PRICE. THE SELLING PRICE COULD CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

MAIL IN RETURNS: TNT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING OR DUTY COSTS FOR ITEMS RETURNED. WE RECOMMEND THAT ITEMS ARE RETURNED TO US VIA COURIER OR REGISTERED POST TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE PROTECTED AND INSURED DURING TRANSIT.

You may return or exchange (where available) your TNT Online Store purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Original packaging (eg. Shoe boxes, dust bags, or other containers) must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return after an item has been reviewed at our office and deemed damaged or otherwise tampered with by our quality team.

While we carefully inspect items before dispatching orders, in the case there are any issues upon receipt such as damages or defects, please reach out to our team as soon as possible regardless of eligibility to resolve the issue.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s timeframe.


TNT WOMAN - THE NEW TREND LTD is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.

We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number, as already stated above.

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. TNT reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost. 

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed. Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

RETURNS FROM CANADA

RETURNS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
(excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories)

Return Fees:

  • All returns from the US are subject to a $30 Return Fee and the cost of shipping costs including but not limited to clearances, brokerage, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced to the buyer upon return confirmation.  
  • This fee is non-negotiable, and not refundable. If refused, the return cannot be authorized.

IN-STORE RETURNS 

The above policy only applies to the TNT Online Store. TNT stores are unable to accept returns on items purchased online. Similarly, purchases made in TNT stores cannot be returned to the Online Store.

For purchases made in TNT stores, we do not offer any refunds.  Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either a credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase.

Returned garments must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law.
