You may return or exchange (where available) your TNT Online Store purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 10 days from the date of receiving your shipment or notification that your Curbside Order is ready for pickup. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s timeframe.

Return Eligibility: 
  • For any product Under 30% Off, enjoy a Full Refund for your item(s). 
  • For any product 30%-49% Off, enjoy a Credit in the form of a Gift Certificate that can be used any time on the website.
  • For any product 50% Off or Higher, the product is Final Sale 

Swimwear and Lingerie
All swimwear and lingerie are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons. 

Shoes
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox and packaging.

 Jewellery
All jewellery purchases are final sale due to hygiene reasons.


 RETURNS WITHIN CANADA

In Person Return:
If you would like to return in person to our Online Store Warehouse you may do so Monday – Friday from 11 AM – 5 PM (excluding Statutory Holidays). Please contact us for a delivery time and an Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the package to the address below (you will be required to sign upon delivery)

Mail in Returns:
TNT is not responsible for any shipping or duty costs for items returned. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

How to Return:
Please ensure the following steps are taken to process an online return:

Email online@tntthenewtrend.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) and why you would like to return them.

  • We will review your order to make sure you are within the 10 day eligibility period and/or if the item(s) was on sale
  • We will then email you our RETURN PROCESS and RA NUMBER to finalize the return.
  • Once received you will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Please note your return must be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your RA.
Please send us your return package tracking number for proof of shipment. 

Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs and duties) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase on eligible item(s) or a Gift Card.

TNT WOMAN - THE NEW TREND LTD is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. TNT reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost. 

Refund Information:
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed. Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

 

RETURNS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
(excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories)

Return Fees:
All returns from the US are subject to a $30 Return Fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are for return shipping fees and customs clearance fees and are non-refundable under any circumstance.

How to Return:
Please ensure the following steps are taken to process an international online return:
Email online@tntthenewtrend.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) and why you would like to return them.

  • We will review your order to make sure you are within the 10 days of receiving your package and/or if the item(s) was on sale
  • We will then email you our RETURN PROCESS, RA NUMBER and a UPS return label with all customs documentation to finalize the return.
  • Please ship back your UPS return package within 3 business days of receiving your RA, at any UPS location.
  • Once received you will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

IN-STORE RETURNS 

The above policy only applies to the TNT Online Store. TNT stores are unable to accept returns on items purchased online. Similarly, purchases made in TNT stores cannot be returned to the Online Store.

For purchases made in TNT stores, we do not offer any refunds.  Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either a credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase.

Returned garments must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law.
