Gifts purchased at regular price or up to 30% off between December 2nd - December 24th 2025, qualify for Credit Return or Exchange until January 8th, 2026.

Items must retain their original tags, boxes, bags, accessories, and remain unworn, unused, and defect-free and must otherwise qualify for return based on our return policy. For non-gift items, our standard Return Policy is applicable. Please refer to our Return Policy here.
Online credits are exclusively redeemable for future online purchases, while in-store credits can only be utilized for in-store transactions.
Kindly note that returns or exchanges require a valid RA (Return Authorization) number. Contact us to obtain your RA number before initiating any returns. Due to increased order volumes, processing returns may experience delays.
Requests for returns submitted during holidays or outside regular business days, notably December 23rd-26th, will be processed starting December 27th. The day of your return request submission will be acknowledged as your initiation day. We appreciate your patience during this busy period, and we assure you that emails will be addressed in the order they are received.
