In-Store Pickup Policy

We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to order online and pick up your items at your convenience. During checkout, you can choose between In-Store Pickup or Shipping. Once your order is placed, our team will process it promptly.

Order Processing and Pick-Up Details

• It may take up to 3 business days for your order to be ready for pickup, though we strive to have it prepared sooner.
• As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for pickup.
• If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at online@tntfashion.ca so we can assist you.

Important Policies

• You must bring a valid ID and your order confirmation to pick up your order.
• If someone else will be picking up your order, email us at online@tntfashion.ca so we can update the order security.
• If you cannot pick up your order right away, please let us know by emailing online@tntfashion.ca.

Unclaimed Orders

• Orders not picked up within 10 days will be canceled, and refunded to the original payment method.
  

Refund Policy for In-Store Pickups

• Our refund policy timeline starts the moment you receive your pick-up notification. You have a refund window of 14 days from the moment you receive your pick-up notification.
• Standard refund rules apply as long as you contact us within 14 days of the pickup confirmation email. Please review our Return Policy for further information.
