When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at online@tntthenewtrend.com. Please note that this is a confirmation that we received your order request. Your order fulfilment confirmation will be sent when the order has shipped. One of our customer service representatives will reach out if there are any issues with your order.

Please note that during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching your order due to high order volumes.

To ensure any delays in delivering your order are minimised, we recommend using a work address or an address where a person is physically present and is authorised by you to accept your order.

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at online@tntthenewtrend.com to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery depending on the status of your shipment. Please note that this may increase delivery time by up to 7 days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or any public holidays observed in Ontario.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split into multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped together. Orders shall be shipped by UPS or Canada Post. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via Canada Post – XpresspostTM.
