In-Store Pickup Policy

Thank you for your interest in our In-Store Pickup option!

We strive to make it as easy as possible to order items online and pick it up. When you get to the checkout page, you will have the option to select your In-Store Pickup Location or Shipping method. Once you process your order, it will be dispatched to our online team!

It can take up to 3 business days for your order to be ready for pick-up but we strive to have it ready sooner! Please note the pick up days and times at each available location below.

As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order is ready for pick up with instructions. If you have not received a pick-up confirmation email within 3 days, please reach out to our team at online@tntthenewtrend.com so we can resolve this for you!

Our return policy begins the moment we have dispatched a confirmation email. Please be sure to use an email that you monitor and have access to while completing your checkout.

Please note, a valid ID and order confirmation will be required to pick up the order.

If someone other than the person who placed the order is picking it up, please email us at online@tntthenewtrend.com so we can update the order accordingly. We want to ensure the safety of your order as best as possible!

If for some reason you will not be picking up your order right away, please reach out to us at online@tntthenewtrend.com and let us know. While we do our due diligence to make sure you are alerted to your order being ready and remind you throughout the process, if an order is not picked up within 30 days at its pick-up location we will cancel and refund the order to a TNTfashion.ca credit.

Yorkville Man + Woman In-Store Pick Ups will be available Monday - Saturday from 11am-5pm. It is located at 55 Avenue Road, Toronto, ON. M5R 3L2. Pick up will be at our Woman’s location. Please call 416-975-1810 prior to your arrival so our dedicated staff can get your order ready!

Eglinton Woman + Kids In-Store Pick Ups will be available Monday - Saturday from 11am-5pm. It is located at 394 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto, ON. M5N 1A2. Pick up will be at our Eglinton Loft location. Please call 416-488-9602 prior to your arrival so our dedicated staff can get your order ready!

Warehouse Pick Ups will be available Monday - Friday from 11am-5pm. It is located at 1020 Lawrence Avenue West unit 202, Toronto, ON. M6A 1C8. Please call 416-488-3107 ext 234 prior to your arrival so our dedicated staff can get your order ready!

Bayview Village Pick Ups will be available Monday - Saturday from 11am-5pm. It is located at 2901 Bayview Ave, Unit C17, North York, ON. M2K 1E9. Please call 416-733-3535 prior to your arrival so our dedicated staff can get your order ready!
