Shipping Information

You are currently shopping on our Canadian-based site. All pricing and shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).



Order Processing

TNT processes all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

This processing window is in addition to the shipping timeline selected at checkout.

Once your order is processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order ships, including tracking details
  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on item availability and fulfillment location

To ensure the smoothest delivery experience, we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package (e.g., a workplace or residence with daytime availability).

If you need to update your shipping address or make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at online@tntfashion.ca. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has shipped.



Shipping Within Canada

We offer several delivery methods to accommodate your needs.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $300 CAD (excluding taxes).

All shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or other external factors.



In-Store Pickup (Canada)

We offer complimentary in-store pickup at select TNT locations. Orders are typically ready within 3 business days.

Customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation.

Shipping to the United States

We currently ship to the Continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $500 CAD (pre-tax).

Fulfillment Process for U.S. Orders

  1. Place your order through tntfashion.ca
  2. You’ll receive an order confirmation email
  3. You must confirm any applicable international shipping terms via reply to that email before we proceed
  4. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped
  5. A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent
  6. Your order will be delivered based on the selected shipping method

U.S. Shipping Options & Rates

UPS Expedited 1–3 Business Days Up to 3 Business Days $55 CAD + tax

All U.S. orders are shipped under EX WORKS (EXW) terms.

This means:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in the checkout price and will be due upon delivery
  • TNT is not responsible for any additional customs-related fees

If a delivery is refused or returned due to non-payment of these charges or failure to accept the package, all related return shipping costs, brokerage, and clearance fees will be deducted from the refund, or invoiced if redelivery is requested.



Shipping Providers

TNT uses a variety of carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Depending on your shipping destination and method, your order may be shipped via:

  • UPS
  • Canada Post
  • Flashbox
  • Other trusted third-party courier services

Carrier selection is made at TNT’s discretion. If you have a specific preference, please contact us at online@tntfashion.ca prior to shipment.



Delivery & Liability

  • Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, TNT considers the order complete and fulfilled.
  • TNT is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
  • If the package is left unattended (porch, mailbox, front desk), TNT holds no liability for missing or stolen parcels.
  • If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, and the package is delivered to that address, TNT is not liable for replacement or refund.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact online@tntfashion.ca.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, when applicable, file a claim.

Please note:

  • TNT is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed
  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require reshipping fees paid by the customer


Delivery Delays &Pre-Orders

Delays may occur due to weather, service disruptions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.

Pre-order items are subject to estimated delivery dates as shown at checkout. These timelines may change; we will notify you of any delays via email.
